The natural paradise of Alpbach in the Tiroler Seenland

Our holiday apartments are located in the Alpbachtal - a region that offers its visitors all year round a variety of sports and leisure activities and wonderful nature experiences in an idyllic landscape.

The Alpbachtal is a side valley of the Inn valley and lies in the middle of the Kitzbühel Alps. Neighbouring valleys of the Alpbachtal are the Zillertal and Wildschönau.

The valley gets its name from the Alpbach, which flows through the entire valley. The entrance to the valley is the municipality of Brixlegg.

Alpbach

The village of Alpbach lies at 1,000 m above sea level on a sunny plateau in the Alpbach Valley and has been named "Austria's Most Beautiful Village" for its uniform and unique wooden architecture and enchanting floral splendour.

Since 1953 the Alpbachers have been building exclusively in the traditional Alpbach architectural style and are justifiably very proud of the enchantingly authentic wooden houses.

Alpbach with its uniform and rustic village image is the ideal place for winter holidays in the mountains: The heart of the top 10 ski area in Tyrol "Ski Juwel Alpbachtal Wildschönau" is in Alpbach, because in Alpbach there are three valley stations leading to the large ski area with 109 km of pistes. To the Wiedersbergerhorn with its sporty slopes or to the Schatzberg with its wide slopes.

The snow-sure village also attracts many ski tourers to Alpbach. On the well-kept cross-country ski runs in Inneralpbach you glide through the charming winter landscape. Those with a zest for adventure can start a toboggan run to the Faulbaumgartenalm in Inneralpbach. The impression of the true postcard idyll of winter hiking in Alpbach remains unforgettable.
