We thoroughly enjoyed our skiing vacation at Apartment Haus Sch\u00f6nwies. The location was excellent and offered a beautiful view of the valley and the surrounding mountains. The apartment itself was very nice\u2014clean, comfortable, and cozy. Due to heavy snowfall during our stay, we were unable to ski every day and therefore spent more time indoors. Nevertheless, we felt right at home. We also really appreciated the opportunity to go on easy winter walks in the area, including small forest paths that were passable despite the snow. The Ski Juwel Alpbachtal ski area is less than a 10-minute drive away. Raimund and his family were very helpful throughout our stay \u2013 they even helped us clear the snow off our car. We will definitely be back.<\/p><\/div>

1st bedroom: The mattress was very comfortable and it was a special experience to be woken up every morning by the birds singing. All rooms have a TV with OTT service.<\/p>

2nd bathroom: The shower room was kept clean and the underfloor heating was great. <\/p>

3rd Kitchen: All kitchen utensils were up to date and well organized. I would like to praise the cleanest kettle I have ever seen in Europe. Some people may find the stainless steel frying pan a little difficult to use.<\/p>

4. balcony: The balcony is well equipped with sun loungers and chairs and is a great place to enjoy the panoramic view with the sound of the water around you. On a nice day you can even see lots of stars.<\/p>

5. hosts: The warm welcome and goodbye and the nice and quick answers to questions made my memories of Alpbach even more beautiful.<\/p>

6. others : The internet speed was stable and fast enough to hold a zoom meeting. There is a Spar supermarket about 5 minutes down the road by car. It is open until 6:30pm and I was able to buy most things there. There is also a Raiffeisen Bank ATM nearby so you can withdraw cash if you need to. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to friends or family or would happily return next year.<\/p>

The booking and all contacts in advance went quickly and smoothly. The landlord and landlady are extremely friendly and available with help and advice. We received very useful information about the ski area, booking ski equipment for our children (Conny’s Sportshop directly at the valley station of the P\u00f6glbahn in Inneralpbach) and the ski depot from the landlords. <\/p>

Haus Sch\u00f6nwies is situated in a quiet location just above the village of Alpbach with a wonderful view over the valley. The house blends in beautifully with its traditional building style (wooden panelling from the 1st floor upwards and a wonderful wooden balcony all round with plenty of space).<\/p>

The flat itself corresponds absolutely to the description and the pictures. It impresses with its cleanliness and high-quality full equipment (top condition), absolutely nothing was missing. The chosen materials and colours are both high quality and harmonious. The beautiful wood of the floors and furniture radiates a cosy warmth that makes you feel right at home. All rooms are generously proportioned and offer plenty of storage space. Modern lighting has also been installed in all rooms, including the bathroom. The beds are extremely comfortable and offer good conditions for a good night’s sleep. <\/p>

The two valley stations of the ski area can be easily reached by car in about 10 minutes, and there are plenty of parking spaces at the house and in the ski area.<\/p>

We had a wonderful time at Haus Sch\u00f6nwies and would gladly book again at any time. Thank you very much for the wonderful week in the Alpbachtal.<\/p><\/div>

It was the best apartment we have booked so far. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortable beds, what more do you need for a relaxing and recreational accommodation. The apartment is well equipped with everything you can imagine, nothing was missing. Superb views from both balconies.<\/p>

What was particularly surprising was that, being an attic flat, it was very well air-conditioned, despite the relatively high outside temperatures of over 30\u00b0!

We had a great vacation at the end of March! The apartment is super equipped, spotlessly clean and has a very nice balcony with great views. The beds are very comfortable and there were plenty of towels. It is a few minutes by car to the ski area and you can walk to the village to Alpbach. We really can’t praise the accommodation enough and definitely want to come back. A high chair was even provided for our toddler and we could have had a baby crib too!

\nWell wow, this place was everything it claimed to be and more. It really is as nice as the photos, immaculate and clean and truely finished to a very high standard. All around comfortable and spacious with what you would expect from a holiday let.
\nThe hosts couldn’t have been more professional and helpful. They answer all questions promptly and when we had a few issues, unrelated to them, they couldn’t have been more kind, helpful and responsive.

We had a wonderful holiday in Alpbach. The landlords were very friendly and helpful. There are two holiday flats in the house. We had the Schatzberg flat on the top floor. On arrival the flat was equipped with dishwasher tabs, dish towels, washing up liquid in the kitchen and towels, soap, toilet paper and a hairdryer in both bathrooms. The view was phenomenal. The beds were very comfortable so we slept super well. Although it was around 30 degrees outside during the day, it was pleasantly cool inside the flat. The fridge is big and has a freezer compartment. It was a wonderful four days that we spent there.<\/p><\/div>

We were guests as a family with three children in July 2020 in this wonderful apartment. The apartment is beautifully situated on the edge of Alpbach with a magnificent view of nature. Ffrom every window and from the huge cosy balcony with seating for the whole family. On our arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly hosts. Family Resch – Hausberger put a lot of heart and soul into the complete redesign of the holiday apartment, you can see that already on arrival. The apartment is absolutely clean, there is a lot of space due to well thought-out furniture, the beds are extremely comfortable, the bathroom is also very spacious with two washbasins and a large luxury shower. In the completely equipped top modern kitchen we could have breakfast very comfortably with five persons. Everything is really very, very high quality furnished. The children shared a room to three, also with a lot of space, great beds and a comfortable sofa bed. With the included Alpbachtal-Card we were able to go on great trips for free. Especially ideal for families! A walk in the beautiful little village centre takes about 15 minutes and is an experience in itself. We were warmly welcomed by Geli and Raimund. We felt at home right away when we entered the house. The house meets exactly our taste. Spacious rooms, great room climate, shower\/WC in every room, and much more. You can immediately see the love for detail!
\nAll rooms are very spacious. The kitchen is super equipped, great bathrooms! It was all incredibly clean! We slept super well in the new box spring beds.
\nThe house is ideally located, off the main road. Great surroundings to enjoy the peace and nature. One experiences recovery PUR! The accommodation was completely renovated and furnished in a totally modern way. Everything was super clean and decorated with love to detail.
\nEspecially the beds were very comfortable and you could relax very well. The next sledge mountain is not far away and also to the big ski area it takes only 5 minutes by car. But there are also free ski buses and the next bus stop is only about 200m away from the accommodation. Moreover, one gets a tourist card with which one can go to the thermal bath for free and also get some other things at a reduced price.

We were in Alpbach for 1 week in winter. The holiday flat is very modern and newly furnished. Many 4 star hotels do not have such a high comfort. The kitchen, the bathroom simply fantastic. The bedrooms are equipped with TV, the beds are great and we had a restful sleep. On the beautiful balcony terrace we could even enjoy the sun. Everything was furnished with love for details. One simply feels well. Free NETFLIX – and free WLAN. The landlords are very courteous and nice. If we ran into each other, they immediately asked if everything fits, if towels etc. are needed. We will not forget this holiday. We have booked for 2021 and are already looking forward to it.<\/p>

Beautiful, brand new house adapted as an apartment. You immediately feel the love for detail of the owner family and enjoy nature without end, right at the back of the valley. Was ideal for our project to test E-Bikes. It is certainly cool in winter, too, when we will try snowshoeing.<\/p>

Over carnival we spent 1 week skiing holidays in the beautiful Alpbachtal, which has become a family tradition for several years now.
\nThe Resch-Hausberger family made it possible for us to have a perfect week again this winter and we felt completely comfortable.
\nThe apartment in a beautiful location with a great view is very large, completely renovated, absolutely clean and furnished with love for detail.
\nWe also found space for our 8 pairs of skis (with 2 adults and 2 children) without any problems.
\nAll in all, very recommendable.<\/p>
